The Rt Reverend Dr  Augustine Unuigbe

OUR MISSIONARY BISHOP

The Rt Reverend Dr Augustine Unuigbe is a medical doctor who is married to his former medical school classmate Dr Florence Unuigbe.They practiced Medicine for about 5years in Nigeria before receiving the call to immigrate to USA . They have since completed Residency Trainings in Internal Medicine and work as Hospitalists .

Bishop Unuigbe had his ordination training at Ezekiel College of Theology Ekpoma Nigeria and was made a Deacon on Easter Sunday April 15,2001, Ordained a Priest on Sunday July 7,2002.

He worked in All Saints Chapel Uniben 2001-2003, Episcopal Church of The Epiphany Ventnor New Jersey ( February -September 2003), St Augustine 's Episcopal Church Asbury Park New Jersey (september 2003-May 2005) , St Augustine's Episcopal Church Atlantic City New Jersey (June 2005-February 2012). He resigned as  Rector in the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey to Plant Anglican Church of Transformation Mays landing New Jersey where is he is currently The Rector and Missionary Bishop of the Region. He was elected Bishop in January 11,2019 and consecrated July 3,2019.

He is a passionate church planter.

His married Dr Florence Eghosa Unuigbe on Saturday July 15,2000 and the marriage  is blessed with three lovely children.
